
Admission Policies
- CCA will admit students of any race, color, gender, and national or ethnic origin.
- New students wishing to apply for any grade above the 6th grade must be transferring from another private school, home school or receive approval of the school board for admission.
- All students must be in good standing with their current school. CCA will not accept applications from students who have been expelled and/or are currently suspended from other schools without board approval.
- All requirements for registration must be satisfied before student enrollment becomes official.
- Students who withdraw and seek re-entry within the same school year will be required to complete the following re-admission process:
- Pay re-registration fee of $100.
- Pay the full current month’s tuition upon re-enrollment
- Receive approval from the school board to re-enroll.
- All registration fees are due upon enrollment and are non-refundable.
- Students will not be considered to have successfully withdrawn from CCA until a record request has been received from school of transfer OR a copy of intent to home school is on file in the office.

*Topic: “Why I Want to Attend Cornerstone Christian Academy”
Essays must be hand-written and contain 250-300 words. The word count must be listed at the end of the essay underneath the applicant’s signature.
*Note: All students must re-register for each school year. Applications will be reviewed and acceptance determined by the administrative staff.
Immunizations
It is required by the state of Arkansas that every student file an updated Arkansas Certificate of Immunization card before the first day of school. All students are required to meet current immunization standards and submit accurate records in a timely manner. Failure to submit proof of immunizations could preclude student attendance.
FINANCIAL CONTRACTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Please read the following information carefully and submit any questions you may have before signing the Handbook Agreement.
*Financial agreements must be on file in the office by the first day of attendance.
*Two parent signatures (when applicable) are required on all agreements.
*Payments are due on or before the first day of each month (unless alternate payment plan is approved and on file in office).
*You will not be billed unless payment is delinquent.
*Late fees of $20 will be added to all accounts not paid by the first of each month or not paid by contract date.
*One account will be set up per family.
*All accounts must be up-to-date before report cards and other records will be released and before applications for future enrollment will be accepted.
*Delinquent accounts may not exceed 30 days. The school board may require any delinquent account to make weekly payments in order to maintain enrollment status.
A. Tuition ($2200)
*A discount of 5% will be given to all accounts paid in full prior to the first day of school.
*Tuition checks should be separate from lunch charges, aftercare, field trips and any other expenses.
B. Registration Fees
- A $200 annual fee is due upon enrollment for each child (K-12)
- Students enrolling on or before May 25th will be eligible for a 50% discount on registration fees.
- Registration fees are not refundable.
